Angela Merkel, Sarkozy Agree On Second Rescue Plan For Greece

The leaders of France and Germany met in Berlin on Friday, saying they want the decision of the new aid package for Greece.

Chancellor Angela Merkel said: "The sooner we resolve the better. This means that we now need a new bailout program for the Greek situation. This requires Greece to meet its obligations."

French President, Nicolas Sarkozy also said that there was no time to lose, which suggests the solution could be quickly dashed. It sent the shares to be positive, and raised the euro.
