The African Union's Peace Plan For The Libyan Crisis

South African President Jacob Zuma, said the Libyan leader, Colonel Gaddafi has accepted the roadmap of the AU to resolve the conflict.

Zuma said the lengthy talks in the Libyan capital Tripoli, have been productive. But he did not say whether Gaddafi said he was ready to resign as leader.

Ratko Mladic Arrested - President Boris Tadic Confirmed At The Press Conference

Serbian President Boris Tadic said that Ratko Mladic, wanted for war crimes in Bosnia, was arrested.
Ratco Mladic, accused of having a key role in the massacre of at least 7,500 men and boys in Srebrenica in 1995.

President Tadic said the investigation was revealed in Ratco Mladic International War Crimes Tribunal in The Hague.

President Obama Arrived In Deauville, France For G-8

DEAUVILLE, France - President Barack Obama arrived in this windswept village in the English Channel on Thursday for a summit of the G-8 should focus on security issues, including how to make the military operation in Libya to a conclusion decisive.

French President Nicolas Sarkozy, who is hosting the summit, welcomed the leaders of the world a morning storm, the wind lifting up white caps on the sea nearby. Much of Deauville, famed for its racecourse, where some of these meetings will take place has been cleared of tourists and residents in the case of two days.
