Ollanta Humala sworn in as President of Peru

The former army officer Ollanta Humala has been sworn in as the President of Peru. He was accompanied by leaders of the region, as well as Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili.

After a passionate nationalist Humala describes himself these days from the moderate left. He promised to preserve the free market economy in Peru, but to improve social care.
