David Cameron - Our Hearts Are With Norway

UK Prime Minister David Cameron said that the people of Norway is "very much in our hearts and minds" after Friday's mass shooting and car bombs.

Speaking after talks with Spanish counterpart Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, referring to the terrorist attacks in both countries, saying: "we are both offering all the support we can."

Ban Ki Moon Called Access Humanitarian SYRIA

UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon urged the Syrian leader to allow access of humanitarian access to the country. Ban commented on his arrival in Argentina during his campaign for a second term. He also said the deadly attacks against the government demonstrators "horrific".

He said: "I once again urge President Assad in Syria, so that humanitarian access to affected areas and the Human Rights Council. - The power to assess the mission, which on two cases I have urged him to accept the missions."

Thai-Cambodia Border Issue

Thai and Cambodian troops have exchanged fire for a sixth consecutive day near two disputed 12th century Hindu temples.
A Thai army spokesman says one Thai civilian was killed Tuesday by Cambodian rocket fire. It brings the total dead in the wave of clashes that began Friday to 14. The fighting is centered around the ruins of the Ta Moan and Ta Krabey temples, which are on territory claimed by both countries.
Thai Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva visited displaced people at Ban Khok Klang evacuation center in the province and continued urging for a bilateral solution to the conflict.
Thai Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva said, "There should be talks, but they have to stop. What Cambodia did yesterday affected people, especially locals. Thailand never started shooting. We're doing our duty, which is to protect our land. I want them to stop or we need to respond, we have no choice but to respond (to their shooting)."
