One of Libyan leader Muammar Gadhafi's sons and three of his small grandchildren were killed after a NATO airstrike, a spokesman for Libya's government said Sunday at a press conference.
Putin states the West has no legal right to execute Gaddafi and eliminate Libyan infrastructure.
