Norway Attack - World Leaders Expressed Shock And Outrage

Deadly twin attacks in Norway, were greeted with an outpouring of sympathy and disgust in Europe and elsewhere on Saturday, and produced an appeal to fight the extreme right-wing intolerance, which may have motivated the attacker.

A massive bombing on Friday in downtown Oslo was followed by a terrible shooting on an island accommodation for a youth retreat center-left prime minister's party. The same man, a Norwegian with reported fundamentalist Christian, anti-Muslim views, was suspected in both attacks.

David Cameron, Hillary Clinton and Julia Gillard have expressed their shock and outrage at the attacks in Norway that have killed at least 92 people.

Hillary Clinton - Al-Qaeda As The Legitimate Government Of Libya

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and members of more than 30 other nations meet in Istanbul, Turkey, and announced that they had given al-Qaeda rebels in Libya and so-called full diplomatic recognition.

"I am announcing today that, until an interim authority is in place, the United States will recognize the TNC as the legitimate governing authority for Libya,'' said Clinton.

TNC, or the Transition of the National Council is dominated by Haribi tribal of north-eastern Libya.

Mumbai Serial Blasts - World Leaders Condemn Terror Strike

UN Security Council and world leaders strongly condemned the serial bombings in Mumbai that killed 18 people and wounding 133, said terrorism is "criminal and unjustifiable, regardless of their motivation." Ban Ki-moon joined the world including USA, Russia, Britain, France, UAE and Pakistan in condemning the terrorist attack in the commercial center of India.
