Hamid Karzai : Afghanistan & The United States, Contacts With Taliban

Afghanistan President, Hamid Karzai said on Saturday that Afghanistan and the United States are engaged in peace talks with the Taliban even as insurgents a police station near the presidential palace, killing nine people.
